How long will it be before my order is shipped?

Your order typically will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being cleared. However, on 4 Gallon Bulk Rub purchases please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Most items are shipped directly from HomeBBQ.com, however some are shipped directly from the packer.

Who do you use for shipping?

All items are shipped using USPS. Accept purchases shipped directly from the packer, this includes bulk and wholesale purchases, which are shipped via UPS..

What happens if the item arrives damaged or broken?

All items we ship using USPS are not insured, unless you request insurance. Even though damaged product is not our responsibility, we will work with you to help you get the product replaced.
