Shipping on all non HomeBBQ.com labeled products are Drop Shipped from the manufacturer (This includes gallon purchases of HomeBBQ.com rubs). As a result shipping on these items may be a little higher than normal, because most of the manufacturers have a handling charge included. Also, multiple items purchased that include Drop Shipped items will result in multiple shipments.
HomeBBQ.com reserves the right to substitute an alternate shipping method, that is of equal or greater value, if it may result in a quicker delivery to you the customer, or if the actual amount of shipping is greater, than what is actually paid for due to technical problems with online shipping quotes.

Defective and Returned Merchandise
Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer for replacement within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise other than HomeBBQ.com labeled product are drop shipped from the manufacturer. HomeBBQ.com does not stock merchandise other than HomeBBQ.com labeled product. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase, on unopened merchandise less shipping and handling, and applicable re-stocking fee, Restocking fees are typically 15% and may vary per product based on manufacturer.
